Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Trade Union Council announced its decision to commend the recipients of the 2023 Jiangsu May Day Labor Medal and the Jiangsu Worker Pioneer Team. The Jiangsu May Day Labor Medal is an honorary title awarded to outstanding individuals by the Jiangsu Provincial Trade Union Council. Cao Fei, Chairman of JumpCan Pharmaceutical, was recently granted this award. In 2018, JumpCan Pharmaceutical entered its second 50-year development phase. Jiangsu Worker Pioneer Team
After being awarded the "Taizhou Worker Pioneer Team" title in 2022, the Solid Dosage Workshop Teams 2 and 4 have now received the "Jiangsu Worker Pioneer Team" title. Upholding the quality philosophy of "Quality First", the team primarily produces two major traditional Chinese medicine products: Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granules (Tongpei) and Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules.
In recent years, despite the recurring COVID-19 pandemic, the team overcame various difficulties and ensured stable production operations while strictly implementing prevention and control measures. In 2022, no major safety or quality incidents occurred, and the team successfully secured the supply of medicines. Among their products, Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granules, which was included in COVID-19 prevention and treatment drug lists in multiple provinces and covered by national eimbursement drug list, played an active role in pandemic control. Additionally, the team focused on refined management of the production process, achieving annual cost-saving benefits of over three million RMB through management upgrades and technological innovations, delivering significant economic results.
