Recently, at the 2024 5th Lunjian · Annual Star Awards ceremony guided by the China Pharmaceutical News Information Association and hosted by Jianshiju, JumpCan Pharmaceutical's Minfeile (Fexofenadine Hydrochloride for Suspension)—the first of its kind approved in China—was recognized on the "Annual Trailblazing Innovation Star" list, earning high acclaim for its innovative value.

 

 

The "Annual Trailblazing Innovation Star" award selects pharmaceutical and medical device products that achieved significant breakthroughs in innovation and R&D in 2024. Honored products must demonstrate substantive advancements among similar offerings, with notable progress in improving user experience and ensuring patient safety.

 

JumpCan Pharmaceutical's Minfeile (Fexofenadine Hydrochloride for Suspension) is available in 15mg and 30mg strengths. The original R&D formulation of this drug had not previously been launched in China. Minfeile has now been successfully included in the 2024 National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL) through medical insurance negotiations, benefiting more patients. Its market availability provides a more convenient dosage form and more precise dosing for children aged six months and above, enhancing the drug's accessibility and affordability while further advancing pediatric medication development in China. Based on these achievements, Minfeile was awarded the "Annual Trailblazing Innovation Star", affirming its innovative value and social benefits.

Phase II/III clinical data published in the authoritative journal Clinical Microbiology and Infection demonstrated that a single oral dose of ZX-7101A effectively alleviates influenza symptoms, rapidly reduces viral load, and clears the virus without the need for weight-based dosing adjustments.

 

Additionally, the Biologics License Application (BLA) for a Class 1 innovative fusion protein-based long-acting growth hormone, developed in collaboration with TJ Biopharma, has also been accepted by the NMPA. As the first and only long-acting growth hormone fusion protein in both the application phase and among marketed products in China, this innovative therapy is expected to provide an effective and convenient treatment option for children with growth hormone deficiency.
